  1. Every thought you have produces a reaction in every living cell in your body, from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.
  2. The subconscious reacts to all thought whether it is created through imagination or reality.
  3. The subconscious communicates by using pictures, feelings, and emotions.
  4. The subconscious needs positive clear verbal statements that tell it what you want.
  5. The subconscious has to be convinced that you want change before it will change a behavior or habit.
  6. You have to allow time for a change in behavior to become second nature.
  7. The conscious mind is like the captain of aship and makes the decisions about new information and situations.
  8. Where you focus your mind becomes your reality.
