RELAX WITH EASE

Most people react to the modern world with a stress response, which creates the primitive emotional responses of the wild animal, fear, anxiety and nervousness, the flight response or anger, aggression and hostility, the fight response.

The mind is switched into a state of agitation or a BETA state of consciousness. With all this going on the person is wasting large amounts of energy and generally feeling unhappy. In this ETA state of consciousness the mind is speeded up, thoughts come from everywhere and the person find it difficult to concentrate. All this is a matter of degree of how stressed the person is, the more stressed the person the more intense the primitive emotional response and the more confused the mind will become.

The quickest most powerful natural and effective way to turn off this simple but destructive primitive animal response to life, and take control, is to learn to RELAX with ease! When you learn to relax well you have control of your thoughts and emotions, and so your personal energy. When you have control of your energy, you can then focus that energy efficiently and wisely to your purpose in life.

Because your energy resources are now much greater you have more power to create and bring into being what you want.
