CHAPTER TWO SUMMARY
  1. Fear is a trap of the mind, it wastes energy focusing on what you don't want!
  2. Set aside your fear, traumatic and unpleasant memories, so you can maximize and focus your personal resources on to what you want!
  3. Your thoughts are the framework on which your subconscious builds your reality.
  4. The world is moulded by energy and your mind controls energy, so by learning to control your thoughts and emotions you gain control of your personal energy and your world.
  5. The emotion that you associate with a thought energizes the thought and gives it power.
  6. Thought is neutral until you associate an emotion with it. The type of emotion you associate with the thought determines your actions.
  7. Learning to relax with ease is the easiest and most effective way to gain control of your personal energy.
  8. We all have the ability to create our own reality! What reality have you created for yourself? We all have the ability to change our present reality!
