If
someone has a phobia of spiders they become an expert in seeing
spiders in places other people would miss. They even have
dreams of fearful spiders, because their mind focuses where
there is fear. The last thing they want in their lives are
SPIDERS, but they're ever where in their thoughts, they are
reacting exactly what they don't want, a world full of spiders.
Simply because where their mind focuses becomes their reality.
A lot of their experience is based on imaginary possibilities
of where the spiders might be.
So up to 90% or more of their
energy resources can be wasted purely on imaginary perceived
threats. What a waste of life resources, plus where the mind
focuses becomes their reality. What a miserable place to be,
continually, being fearful, having anxiety and worrying. WE
ALL HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE OUR CIRCUMSTANCES NOW!
Realize your thoughts are the framework on which the subconscious
mind builds your reality. SO by simply changing your thoughts
you can change your reality.
As an exercise take the time for
a moment to think of a time when you felt really happy, imagine
the scene, clearly picture everything in detail, feel the
atmosphere, how wonderful you felt, the people's faces who
were there or the magnificent beauty of the scene. Just close
your eyes and fully and thoroughly enjoy the moment.
