So simply by changing your thoughts you can change your reality, notice how different you felt when engrossed in your memory, you created it all simply by imagining it well. You could quite easily create the opposite effect by thinking of an unpleasant event in your life. Wherever you focus your mind becomes your reality, so if you're continually thinking thoughts that are unpleasant or upsetting, where is your reality going to be? What reality are you creating for yourself?
