Realize
the fear trap and continually correct your thoughts and refocus
them onto what you want. If you have an exam to pass, focus
all your effort on passing, look up study techniques and memory
skills. Fear of failure can consume most of your physical,
mental and emotional energy in fear, nervousness and anxiety.
Your resources are being wasted focusing on what you don't
want.
Whereas if you trained yourself
to focus this energy on what you want, you are far more likely
to pass the exam. In any case, whether you pass or fail there
is life after exams, it is only a very small part of your
life. All life experiences, whether pleasant or unpleasant
are a tremendous opportunity for you to learn something valuable.
Always ask yourself, "What can I learn from this experience
and how can I use this to help me live a happy fulfilling
life!"
If you view all experience as
positive, it will become a tremendous resource for your growth.
