RELAXATION IS THE KEY


The more skilled you are at deep relaxation the more control you will have of energy and the more energy you will have available as a resource. When you relax you move your mind into a different state of consciousness. The boundary between the conscious and subconscious minds dissolve away and your mind becomes united.

The more deeply you relax the more control you have over normally uncontrolled body processes, like heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and your emotions. The conscious mind is at the very tip of the total mind structure, the subconscious makes up the great bulk, and is the foundation and powerhouse of the mind. By learning to relax deeply you are training your conscious mind to take control of the subconscious.

There are lots of different relaxation techniques and there are plenty of books written about the subject. I suggest you learn a technique you relate to and practice it daily. Have a set relaxation place and period, that is free of distraction. Like any new skill the more you practice the more skilled you become. If you have a good relaxation teacher in your area go to them for lessons.

Good deep relaxation will open up dimensions of your being you never knew existed. But most importantly it will put you in control of your life energy.
