Now that you have
a good understanding of mind dynamics, we will use that knowledge
to add power to your thoughts. The first and most important
thing is to use your relaxation period to harness and focus
energy. When you're relaxing and doing your deep breathing,
imagine that each breath is drawing in large amounts of positive,
healthy, life giving energy.
Once
you feel you have a good reserve of energy and you feel very
relaxed, focus your mind on creating what you want. Imagine
it in the fullest possible detail, picture it clearly, with
all the color, and texture you can muster, hear any sounds,
feel the emotions and sensations it might generate as if it
is happening right now.
Also
every time you think of it during the day picture and feel,
with all the intensity you can muster, your relaxation movie.
Say to yourself over and over a verbal statement that clearly
creates the picture in your subconscious mind of what you
want. Write it down repeatedly and have the statement printed
in large print and placed at eye level on doors, walls, mirrors
and the refrigerator door. Put in on the car mirror and on
books you use for work or study and on the computer or TV
set.
Make
up a catchy tune or jingle with the words that create a clear
subconscious picture of what you want. Draw or paint symbolic
pictures of it, practice all these things regularly.
