other words, SMELL IT, FEEL IT, HEAR IT, TOUCH IT, SEE IT,
SAY IT, SING IT, WRITE IT AND THINK IT as if it is happening
now. The subconscious minds concept of time is limited to
the present, so it is important to make sure that your verbal
and sensory reinforcements are place din the present tense.
The subconscious mind remember is as intelligent as a small
child aged about 4 to 5. The concept of time of a child that
age is very much in the now.
So your statements
should be along the lines of "I see it now", "It
is happening now", "It's all coming into being now",
NOW, NOW, NOW.
This whole process
is using our new understanding of the dynamics of the mind
and body to its full potential. The relaxation allows you
to concentrate your energy and mental resources. The subconscious
recognizes thought charged with emotion as a powerful instruction,
so we are using its language of pictures, feeling, repetition
and talking to it in a clear constructive manner, so the interpreter
part of the brain can do a good job.
We are being careful
in what we say to ourselves and other so we continually reinforce
what we want. I strongly recommend that before you do any
of this, that you study carefully exactly what you are asking
for. Because the subconscious will follow your instruction
obediently to the letter. Remember my example of the phone
call to the made that night, but I didn't specify the time.
